Morty needs surgery on his leg :(

My 11 month old Chihuahua, Morty, dislocated his knee and the groove that his knee cap sits in is too shallow for it to stay put. I just moved and am currently supporting my family and don’t have the extra money to be able to pay for the entire surgery. He is in a lot of pain and can’t put any weight on it, causing a limp and making it difficult to move around and squat to use the bathroom. He’s my best friend. Seeing him in so much pain is so hard.
