A short film about Mort, an awkward teenaged Zombie, trying to find love and a sense of belonging.
Our newest project from Rocket from 9th Productions, and our last film being made as students at the University of Chichester. This one means a lot, and as many of you know, it's really hard to get made without the funding for it.
We were inspired by John Hughes and his iconic 80's coming-of-age films, and so we wanted to replicate that but put our own twist on it - by having the protagonist as a Zombie.
Any money donated will be immensely helpful, as there's a huge amount of costs for this film! We have a phenomenal Make-Up Artist coming in to bring the character of Mort to life (or to death?), and this is a necessary cost! We also have actors to pay for, catering to keep all the cast and crew happy and healthy, costumes, props, and so much more!
We've set our target as £3,000, and even though that seems a bit high, we need every single penny! If we stretch this, it just means we can make the film even better! We need this money by February 2020, giving us only three months for this enormous goal!
We have loads of cool incentives too, so you'll be getting a little token of our appreciation if you choose to donate!
