Moonshine & Magnolias

Hey, y'all!

We are so excited to be launching this new quarterly print publication, Moonshine & Magnolias: A Journal for Southern Regional Consciousness, dedicated to life and culture in the American South. Much interest has already been shown, and we only expect that to grow in the days to come. There are many moving parts involved in getting a magazine up and running (and eventually into your mailbox). In order for us to be able to put out a first-rate journal in terms of both written content and aesthetic elegance, we need to raise some funds. Laborers are worthy of their hire, and beyond that, very few are willing and able to work for free. So we need to be able to compensate our artists, writers, and those who do all of the work behind the scenes to make this journal a success.
