monty's power chair

I need this, i'm falling alot because progressive m.s..  Medicare/Kaiser will only provide me a chair that weighs 300 lbs. and requires a 1200 copay. We are not destitude but could really use help with this cost. 1500 would buy the light weight chair shown in the picture.
