Montessori Model UN

Be the change!  The 6th Graders at Montessori Country School are engaged in a rigorous Montessori model United Nations program for the first time this year.  We hope you will support us in representing Indonesia at the conference in New York in March.  Our group will also be serving on the Disarmament and International Security (DISEC) and Security Council (UNSC) committees, focusing on the situations in Libya and Cypress.  This program is teaching us about different cultures and governments, peacekeeping and humanitarianism, research, debate and problem solving skills.  We are grateful for this opportunity to learn how to make a difference in the world.
