On Friday August 17th at 11:23 am, Monica Fite was pronounced dead by medical personnel at Arapaho country jail. She was in police custody for less than 48 hours and the family has received little to no information on how she passed away. There is still an ongoing investigation on her sudden death.
Monica was a strong single mother to 6 beautiful children, her youngest child being 13 years old. Her children are so heartbroken without their mother. She was the rock of her family and she was loved very much.
Monica was one of the sole providers for her family. Her children are struggling to keep up with financial responsibilities now that they’re mother is gone.
We the family are asking for contributions of any size to help pay for her burial and legal fees so we may seek the truth. We’re seeking the truth so we can get justice and closure.
