Help Cathy In her Fight With Cancer & Heart Issues

Hi, my name Is Ashley and I am Cathy’s oldest daughter I would love to tell you a little bit about my mom she is a loving single mother to three children and a great friend to many. She is the most caring loving person I know. My mom has been fighting for her life since the age of 35. When she found herself homeless and jobless after leaving my father after 18years together. She has fought hard for her own place and to care for her 3 children. She had her first heart attack at the age of 35 and during this time was told she was high risk for cervical cancer but the doctors were unable to do a hysterectomy due to her heart needing time to heal. At age 40 she experienced her 2nd heart attack which made her not eligible for the much needed hysterectomy. When last month she finally was cleared for her surgery and was doing her pre-opts when she suffered from a 3rd heart attack she had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital and they had to revive her in the ambulance on the way she had to have 5 stents placed in her heart otherwise she wouldn't make it . She has been out of work this last year as she got into a work accident and has to get surgery for her shoulder but her heart isn't strong enough for the surgeries. She has been in and out the hospital this last month and At her follow up appointment on Monday she was told her hemoglobin was low and was in need of a blood transfusion and was told to report to the hospital yet again. While there they did a CT scan to see what was going on only to find her to have stage 1 cervical cancer and she has to go through radiation chemo therapy mon-friday as her heart cant take the much needed surgery. This last year has been super hard on us with COVID and my mother being out of work due to her shoulder accident and with her being in and out of the hospital the bills are piling up. I’m doing what I can to support her and my younger siblings and trying to keep the roof over out heads but The trips to the ER and doctor bills will soon be coming in. Paying for parking and the gas are eating up the little we had saved.
