Ms. Glo's Fire Rescue Fund

On November 29, 2017 a fire tragically struck a dear member of our community and her family - Ms. Gloria, who is from New Orleans and has lived next to my dad for as long as I can remeber (with her two grandchildren and other family), and in and around the 6th ward for nearly her entire life.
Thankfully, nobody was physically hurt, but she lost 95% of her belongings and her home - a difficult proposition for anyone, but particularly for an elderly member of our community.
While the holidays can be hectic and stressful for anyone, this is a particularly difficult time for her and her family.
She is going to need a lot of help - it will take 3-6 months for the home to be repaired, and she will have to find temporary housing (with all of the costs associated). After she is able to move back in, she will likely have to pay more in rent (we all know how tough the housing situation is around new orleans).
Can we come together to make this time, and beyond, a little easier for a cherished member of our community?
Thanks for anything you're able to offer her in this difficult time.
