Mom's Medical Bills and Expenses

On August 10, 2017, mom had to go to the ER with abdominal pain.  They did exploratory surgery, found the problem, and sent her home.  On 2/13/18, she was having extreme abdominal pain and bloating.  She was sent in for a CT and they found infection and abcess in her abdomen.  They took her into exploratory surgery on 2/16/18  and had to  remove her uterus and  part of her colon and intestines.   She was in  ICU for five days.  She was sent home on 2/22/18 with no instructions on how to care for her.  On 2/28, we had to take her back to the ER after having had complications all weekend.  She had a 2nd degree burn on her abdomen due to the stomach acids leaking onto her skin.  That day, she was transported to El Paso, TX to another doctor.  On 3/2/18 she had a third surgery to repair her intestines again.   After surgery, she was in ICU and kept sedated and intubated for four days due to breathing issues and low blood pressure.  They found that the infection was not responding to the antibiotics and she was put on a very strong antibiotic for ten days and in isolation.  We have been in El Paso since and she was just transferred to a rehab hospital.   Her recovery and subsequent doctor visits will be extensive.   The medical bills and expenses of being here have skyrocketed.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
