Mom is Safe But The Fire Took Everything

My Mom's home was burned to the ground this past Monday September 7th. We have found a temporary place for her to live for as long as she needs and she does have renters insurance to cover items lost that she will get eventually. Because of some wonderful neighbors she got out safely with no injuries, however she does have some needs. Her car only had liability on it and as you can see it is destroyed. We are pretty sure we can replace her car for about $5000.00. Her brand new Samsung smart phone, had it two weeks but it got left in the house so we are really wanting to replace that as soon as possible. She is doing as well as anyone could with something like this happening. I am glad she will be living with a friend for a while, I am sure that will be helpful. Without a phone it is difficult to get a hold of her of course. I can not thank this town and it's people enough for the outpouring of love and kindness. It has all been a bit overwhelming, but you have all shown so much love and concern! Thank you! For those that might know her, she is Ginny Brooner, has lived here in Payson about 20 years. She lost my Dad in February of 2018 and now this. She is a strong woman but even the strong need a helping hand from time to time.
