Molded Hearing Aids for Jordan Russell
Donation protected
For those of you that know Jordan, know that he has had an extensive medical history of ear trouble. His hearing difficulties started at 6 months old. He was legally deaf at 5 years old. By the time he was 18, he had undergone eight surgeries which allowed for 10% hearing in one ear and 20% in the other. Due to multiple ear infections, causing chronic vertigo, he was no longer able to work. So, he moved back home with his family. We have recently been told that surgery is no longer an option due to scar tissue from previous surgeries and lack of tissue remaining. So the only option is molded hearing aids. Jordan has applied for state medical and disability however, the medical coverage does not cover molded hearing aids for his tone range.
The total cost is $4800. We have raised $2300. If you can donate, any amount will help. Or simply help by sharing this post.
