“Hi my name is Moana I’m 11 months old, I’m a Portuguese water dog. I love to play at the beach and hike with my sisters. I love to chase chickens and 2 days ago I didn’t listen to my parents and I ran after one and I was hit by a car and now I’m fighting for my life. I’m now left with a bruise long and a fractured hip. Right now I’m doing better I’m able to breathe by myself without oxygen but I’m going to need a hip surgery. My parents and the doctors are doing all they can to help me to get better but unfortunately the hospital bill and the surgery are really expensive. Could you help my parents to raise some money so they can cover the hospital bill and my surgery so I can go back to play with my sisters at home.” -Moana

We are reaching out to you to help our friends and their loving 11 month old Portuguese Water dog “Moana” that was tragically struck by a hit and run driver.

It is now 48hrs from the accident and she is finally off oxygen and stabilized.

Your help and monetary contribution to this cause will help save her life and facilitate her recovery. Currently it cost them $4,000 to stabilize her and they estimate that the surgery would be an additional $6,000+.

All funds collected would go to pay for medical and rehabilitation bills. Any excess funds will be passed on to the next person or animal in need!
