Mo or Go for Pieta House

This November, myself and a number of the lads have agreed to take part in Movember.

Our goal is to raise funds and as much awareness as possible in relation to Men's Mental Health and Suicide Prevention, with our charity of choice for this fundraiser being Pieta House

With the recent implementation of Level 5 restrictions nationwide, there is no doubt that our mental health is suffering as a result. It is of great importance, now especially more than ever, to check up on our friends, family members and those around us as this is an extremely difficult time for everyone.

Throughout the duration of the month of November, myself and the lads will be participating in this years Movember by carrying out activities involving - but not limited to - shaving our beards and solely focusing on the growth of a moustache for the month and/or taking on daily 'mile a day' (1.6k) runs or daily 5k runs for those who are feeling up to the challenge.

If everyone that sees this campaign shares it around their social media platforms that would be greatly appreciated, as it will raise more awareness than myself and lads can bring alone.

Many thanks in advance,
David, Liam, Daniel, Alex, Dáithí, Jason and Jamie.
