Funerary costs for my dad.

Our father Edward Beckman passed away unexpectedly recently. He was a long term cancer patient with Multiple Myeloma but he had been on the mend after another round of treatment. His sudden down turn was a shock to everyone who loved him, knew him and cared for him (including his Dana Farber care team).
He was an amazing man who loved theater as an actor and a director. He was also passionate about art, music, history, aviation, bicycling, traveling, science and many other persuits. His knowledge and humor was lauded by all who knew him.
He had arranged to donate his body to science but the school he made the arrangements with can't take his remains at this time. Unfortunately his four children live paycheck to paycheck and subsequently we have no savings for a cremation. The amount we are asking for will cover that, plus a small amount for a future memorial service.
