House Fire Rebuild For Ben and Alex

On February 16th, 2015, I came home to a disaster. We have lost everything - clothes, bedding, furniture, books, sentimental tchotchkes, and our 5 year old "fat and fabulous" tabby, Clayton in the fire. The damage has been extensive, and while we have insurance, we're still unsure how much will be covered and how much we need to come up with. The goal is set at estimated damage, though as the Fire Marshal mentions in the article, it's probably more than that.
It's still sureal, coming home to a wall of smoke and blackened windows and screaming at my son to get back into the car while I dialed 911, telling them my house was on fire, and realizing I couldn't find my cat. my oldest was so brave, trying to keep from crying as he took care of his baby brother while we waited for fire department to show up and tell us what happened. Walking through the wreckage, seeing the ecclectic and vibrant home I had made with my family monocromatic with soot and ash. We need to rebuild our home, and we need your help to do that.
