On February 11,2015 Cole was injured while riding an ATV at work. He slid down a gully and tried to correct the bike but the handle bars would not move, thus causing him to hit a tree, and flipping him from the bike. His body was projected 15 feet from the crash and his body went through another tree.
The result of the accident caused him to break his neck in two locations. He had vertebrae fusion from c4-c7. The accident shattered his bones and caused nerve damage to his left arm. This resulted in the loss of feeling and limited mobility. It also affected his vision and range of motion in his eyes.
He will not be able to drive for a minimum of 3 months.
Cole will not be able to work for 3 months or potentially a year depending on his progress.
Cole served our country for many years. He went on tours to Iraq and Korea. He is a loving father and husband.
Cole needs our support during this very difficult time as he has supported us serving his country.
