Friends and family I still need your help. My social security disability claim was denied and I've filed an appeal. Even though I have been approved for In Home Support Services (I HSS), am the holder of a disabled placard issued by DMV, have a an Emotional Support Animal registered with the city of Berkeley, and have a Permanently Disabled transportation car (clipper card), somehow I have not been approved. I'm beyond baffled. I cannot stand, sit or walk for more than 15 minutes at a time without being in pain or discomfort. I still use my cane on rough days. I've started my 7th medication for Rheumatoid arthritis in the hopes that 'this will be the one!' to give me some relief. Please help if you can. I've lived in my apartment for 8 years and still have an affordable rent due to rent control. I don't want to lose my place to live. I have appointments with a few different eviction prevention agencies for the disabled. I'm praying this will all be taken care of shortly. Thank you, Alecia
