今年の８月20日、レイチェルさんの二人の娘さんたちは、不倫により別居中だったレイチェルさんの日本人の夫によって連れ去られたまま帰宅していません。国際結婚の破綻による子どもの連れ去り例が日本では後をたたず、いまや国際社会から日本は北朝鮮と同様、あるいはそれ以下の「国家ぐるみの拉致国家」とみなされています。日本の政府はこのようなケースを拉致と認めていないどころか、積極的に日本に子どもを連れ去りたい親を支援していると諸外国から非難されています。日本のマスメディアではこのことは取り上げられていません。国際社会では日本の拉致国家化は広く知られている事実です。2013年にハーグ条約を批准しながら、実質的不履行のまま今に至っている日本はいまや「絶対に子どもを連れていってはいけない国」として知られ、孤立化を深めています。他の国では「拉致」と見做される行為が日本では当たり前のこととして行われ続けている状況は、日本独特の単独親権制度が関係しています。日本では実親による子の連れ去りは、誘拐と見做されていません。二人の愛らしい娘さんを別居中の夫に不当に誘拐されたレイチェルさんに支援を！
On August 20, 2019, my children were never returned to me. At this time, I had full physical custody and split legal custody of my girls with my husband. Despite my protests and pleas to the court in the US, the court granted him visitation for the girls from June 28, 2019 to August 20, 2019.
With a rush for a job transfer and to get back to Japan, he sped up all the court hearings and thus made it to where he could get away with kidnapping my girls once they were on Japanese soil.
In Japan, laws are different and once a parent ‘kidnaps first’, usually that parent retains rights to the children. However, the rights by the US court stand and he is in violation of the Hague Convention that Japan often exploits for the sole purpose of not giving up the children and benefiting their Japanese parent over their foreign spouse.
Due to these horrific events, I have gone into some serious debt. I have had to hire lawyers in America as well as an international lawyer to handle my Hague case against my husband.
I am unable to see my children in both a physical sense as well as through internet skyping or the like. My husband is trying to set traps for me in order to get me arrested here in Japan for things as well so I have to use alternative resources to get any information I can on my children.
The legal systems in both countries are making it near impossible to get anything done or get my children back. Is has been a round of circles trying to get one small thing achieved and I am desperate to save my girls from their abusive father.
He is using brainwashing tactics lawyers in Japan counsel their clients on to find and exploit loopholes in the Hague as well as other legal affairs. It is unfair to the children and to the parents who desire their children safely returned. Almost 150,000 children are kidnapped this way in Japan every year both domestically and internationally and the country just sweeps it under the rug and refuses to deal with it. It is a human rights violation and an international one at that. Japan needs to be held accountable for its unjust use of international and domestic law.
Help me expose this fraudulent behavior of Japan. Help me save my girls and others like them.
