Rosalee Peterson is a dear friend loved by all she knows. She is always positive and an inspiration. She has chosen to retire in the community of Lookout Mountain Flight Park where she has friends close by.  She is independent and in excellent health, but is in need of help as her osteoporosis has become a burden. Here is her story in her own words.

I have osteoporosis in my neck, both knees and lower back. At this point knees are bone on bone. It has become very painful--I'm limping and it is difficult to climb or go down stairs.
I have been advised to have knee replacement  surgery.
However, instead of surgery, I am opting for prolotherapy, which is not covered by Medicare.  Also, I really want to discontinue NSAID's.
Prolotherapy is administered by an Osteopathic doctor (Medicare pays for office visits, X-rays etc.)
What is prolotherapy?
It is a recognized orthopedic procedure that stimulates the body's healing processes to strengthen and repair injured and painful joints and connective tissue of the body to a specific location by the specific injection of a regenerative modality,
I have set up my consultation on Jan. 29.  I'm going for it all; knees, back and neck. If it works, I'll be dancing up a storm. I'll be a new woman! I plan on doing it until either I'm fixed or run out of money.
