MIRACLE MISTI SURVIVED the IMPOSSIBLE

Dear Global Family,

I have been nicknamed “Miracle Misti” as only 2% of the population have survived the life threatening viral, bacterial and fungal infections which attacked my healthy body and resulted in the organ collapse that followed. I am blessed I had my partner, Rebecca, as well as a few other friends who were fierce loyal advocates by my side who helped saved my life due to the severity of my condition. After being admitted to the ER at 3am on Jan 23rd, 2023, I was intubated within in hours. I was on Life Support for 52 days, in a coma for 30 days, I did not eat for 61 days and was on kidney dialysis for 65 days. I was released from the hospital on day 99. It was a day to celebrate because I lived.

I left the hospital with no machines, no wires, no tubes and only one temporary medication.

Previously, I had led a very healthy, active lifestyle. I ate mostly whole, clean raw and vegan. I was walking and running 6 to 8 miles every other day. I was filled with joy, loving life and relished my work helping people around the world. On January 13th the course of my life was drastically alterered when I was bitten by a mosquito on my back in my bedroom. Ten days later I was on Life Support.

This Mosquito bite somehow caused my system to become severely acidic which activated almost every possibly deadly bacteria, fungus and virus possible. I had staphylococcus aureus, one of the deadliest staph infections on the planet MRSA on my face and in my blood. I had septic pneumonia, fungus was growing out of my beautiful soulful eyes and Doctors thought I would be blind.

Other viruses and bacteria began compromising and attacking all my organs. While in ICU CCU, I was treated for multiple organ failures with Acute Kidney Failure, Renal Failure, Septic Embolism, Acute Systolic Heart Failure, Myocarditis, Cavitary Lung Disease, withstood four blood clots in my legs and forearm as well as suffering from respiratory failure, septic pneumonia and 3 other typed of pneumonia in both lungs, chronic hypoxemic respiratory failure. I had ten blood transfusions and was placed on kidney dialysis daily for over well a month. I required a tracheostomy and that's just part of it, I even lost 3 teeth from the intubation and because they didn't take care of my teeth, I need a lot of dental work.

At this time I am relearning how to walk, talk and breathe properly. I require a wheelchair and an elevated walker to maintain balance helping to strengthen my legs, arms and core. I can not get behind the wheel of a car yet until my hand eye coordination improves and have not been able to work since January 13th 2023 losing all wages and income.

My partner created a community of LOVE filled with heart felt people from around the globe, most of whom did not even know me. These beautiful souls prayed for me, sent healing thoughts and frequencies for me, they sent me essential oils, I was included in their meditations, sound baths and Magical Mistical Gardens created in my honor to send me the frequency of food. People included me in their prayers lists, their Churches and Temples honored me in their prayers and I am forever grateful.

It took the collective effort of everyone involved to help me get back in my body and live. I made it. I am alive thanks to all of these people. Most of the doctors and medical staff didn't think I would live, and if I did, they thought I'd lose my eyesight and I wouldn't even be able to move my body or limbs until at least October. Before I was intubated, I stated clearly that if I were to survive, the only way I would leave the hospital was with no machines, no wires, no tubes and no medication. I wanted my full mental faculties and every facet of my physical body from my beautiful blue eyes down to my toes working perfectly just like prior to this event. On Day 99 I got my wish. I left the hospital almost just as I came in. I have my sight. I had one temporary medication and I needed to relearn how to walk and regain my strength, my lung capacity, breath work and my voice. I also need my teeth and my mouth repaired. It's going to take me at least a year to fully recover from this with the appropriate therapies and care. I would love to regain my radiant smile.
