Breaking lease emergency

Hey,
At the beginning of November my sublet found my  roommate incredibly high off meth. He stopped paying rent and has become very hostile in refusing to leave. The police have been involved several times but he managed to hold it together long enough in their presence. I tried to get help from his family and they have turned their backs on him. After weighing out several options and speaking with housing court attorneys, I have decided get out of my lease. I have reached out to several charity groups, my savings and contemplating borrowing from my 401k as well. I am trying everything and now asking for donations. If you could spare anything to help me I'd be so incredibly grateful. I really don't have many options and could really use your support, words of encouragement, and or ideas.
