Mina's Car was Impounded Need Help

My sister's car was unexpectedly impounded this week. During this pandemic her hours at work have been cut dramatically and she is in need of our help to get it out.  As many of you know  the total goes up every day so anything will help. Thank you ahead of time. Love ya and God bless
