Milk & Things

Donation protected

On April 9th, 2020 Thursday evening, Taiwo Ishola Isiaka Amusa left this world due to Covid-19. An untimely, unexpected, and devastating loss that not only shook our family but also rocked the African community on Staten Island. For anyone who knew our father or ever heard the name "MUSA" aka Mr. Amusa knew he was a man who worked hard every minute of every day since he was able to walk and talk. Our dad worked hard to support his family and wanted to make sure we lived a good life but because of this virus our dad was taken away so suddenly that we barely had time to mourn him properly.

As many of you know he was a small business owner on Staten Island for more than 30 years. “Milk N things”, a business that not only catered to the African community but also to black business owners. He built his business from scratch and was able to become one of the most well-known business owners of Staten Island. We are trying to raise money to sustain and keep the business by remaining a staple in the community. Any help to continue the legacy of 'Milk N Things’.

We are asking and hoping that people will pray for us to have stability and strength during this time by coming together to help support us in this time of need. We are thankful for any support you may be able to provide. We know due to covid-19, times are hard with loved ones suffering from this disease and also the loss of jobs that are rapidly affecting our community.

We also encourage everyone to stay safe, keep your families close, and let them know how much they mean to you.

Thank You!
