Mikka (Mike) Mulumba

From the first encounter, some people etch a permanent place in our hearts. Mikka Mulumba was one of them. He was a loving son and brother, a dedicated father, and a loyal friend. He not only gave all of himself to family and friends, but to his country as well, serving passionately and with pride and honor. 

On Saturday, July 8th, 2017, we lost someone very near and dear to us all. His sudden passing has cut many of us deeply, and in grieving, we not only look back lovingly at the many wonderful memories and moments we shared together, but ache for the beautiful family he has left behind, a loving wife and two wonderful children.

As close friends, we find ourselves trying to find ways to be there for his family during this difficult time, and in creating this Go Fund Me page, we hope this is just one of many ways we will do so. Created with their permission and blessing, we hope whatever we raise will help in their time of need by easing whatever financial burden and challenges they may face over the next few weeks and months.

May your soul rest in peace Mikka. We miss you and cherish every moment we spent with you, happy or sad, good or bad.
