Mike's Lung Transplant Process

Im campaigning for my brother and my parents who are going to have a lot of costs towards my brothers lung transplant process.
My brother was diagnosed with a very serious and uncurable lung disease, named pulmonary fibrosis. His only option is to have a full lung transplant. This has been a very scary and devasting blow to my brother and our whole family. We never imagined what all was going to be involved. This is the “only” option of deciding to go through this process. He has been hospitalized since February 25, and was very sick. He was flown to Philly where UPenn Hospital was willing to take him and allow his insurance for the surgery. We were so grateful to finally have a hospital who wants to take care of my brother and can perform the transplant if he is approved for it. He is in the evaluation process now and we should know this week if it’s a go.
I can’t even imagine what my brother is feeling right now but he is being so positive and strong. The expenses that my parents are incurring already and will only continue to incure while they have to stay in Philly which could be as long as 4 months of Housing, food, and traveling to and from home will be adding up quickly. I’m campaigning to try and help them out with these expenses so they can focus on my brother and focus on the process! I don’t want them to worry and I need them all to stay strong. God has been good so far and has been answering a lot of prayers. I trust that he will continue to watch over my brother and our family. Faith, Trust, Hope and Love always. ❤️
