Mike Carignan Throws Endowment

Mike Carignan coached the throwers on the Montana State Track and Field team for more than 30 years. He  helped many athletes become Big Sky Champions and All-Americans. He has taken the road less traveled, sacrificing his time and energy so that others may find success. He has been an example of dedication and service that has inspired many in the Montana State University and Bozeman communities. His dedication to live an honorable life has been exemplary.

As a gesture of our appreciation for the many sacrifices Mike has made to help so many find success, it seems fitting to set up a scholarship in his name  that will benefit others for many years to come. In this way, his influence and impact can continue into the future. By our support, we can share with new throwers that same generousity and team spirit that Mike exuded over his many years as Coach.
