Mike Cameron

Back in the summer, Mike started losing sensation in his legs and walking was getting harder by the day.  After several misdiagnoses (and thousands of dollars to get them), it was found that there is a 100% blockage in his abdominal aorta. This is what is making it so difficult to walk and stand, as the blockage is cutting off as much as 90% of the blood flow to his legs.

A heart cath then showed that all of the arteries in his heart are clogged, along with a major blockage in his left knee.  In the upcoming week, Mike will have triple bypass through means of an open heart surgery.  Six weeks later he will have surgery to clear his abdominal aorta.  

Obviously, he cannot work and has not since the summer. Elizabeth is also having to take time off of work to nurse him back to health.  Any donations and well wishes will help speed up his recovery and aid the family during this time! Anyone that knows Mike knows it’s is driving him crazy to be sedentary and not get his hands dirty! Help the bass man get back at it!
