Help Mike and his wife pay medical bills

What can I say about Mike that won't turn me into an absolutely sobbing mess? Just about all of it will, so here we go.

Mike is one of the most caring, generous, and loving people I have ever met in my life. He has a personality that is larger than life itself and, I can't even count how many times a day he makes me die of laughter. Mike gives with both hands and never expects a thing in return.

Several of us became friends on a Discord server where we discuss comic books. Mike made his presence felt, known, and appreciated immediately upon entering this server. Mike gained legendary status when he assembled a massive collection buy from an individual states away, for weeks he negotiated and worked this deal over to be favorable for everyone involved. Except... Mike bamboozled every single one of us in the best way possible. Mike took the trip, staying up for almost 2 days straight, driving to and from to get the books and get them sent out to everyone. What we found out very recently was the guy wasn't willing to negotiate prices or a deal, instead Mike covered every single penny of the difference out of his own pocket because he had just gotten a bonus at work and wanted to treat everyone. He even went as far as selling books out of his own collection just to make people happy.

I went through my own personal problems, Mike led the charge and assembled several others to help me out when I was down on my luck. It's time we all do the same and help him.

Mike's wife experienced a severe medical issue on June 1st that required emergency surgery and will take quite the financial toll on them. During this time, Mike also took on the weight of the world and helping care for his own family by providing support and a stable and safe place for them to live. This is a person that if you asked for the shirt off his back, he would give it to you. Let's help him out and make sure this doesn't impact him for the long term.
