Margaret "Midge" Werba was an LPN for 25 years who worked at Mercy Medical Center. Her true passions were brought to life when she was helping others. Whether it was a patient or her family, Midge was always a woman you could count on; never complaining-always helping.
In December of 2015, Midge was diagnosed with Pulmonary Fibrosis while vacationing in Arizona. She was hospitalized and remained there until our Lord called her home on March 26th, 2016, with her family at her side.
In lieu of flowers for her planned memorial service, her family has set up this account to raise money for a scholarship at Fox Valley Technical College. This scholarship will be awarded to a student pursuing nursing in Midge's honor and remembrance.
The family would like to take this time to sincerely thank you for your prayers, well wishes, and donations. Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Midge, will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
