Michal’s recovery

Hi my name is Shameem and I’m setting up a fund raiser for Michal who you may or may not know. He is often seen on Orford Rd and has become friends and got to know many of us. He has been working with some of the local businesses on Orford Rd to help supplement his income, in particular The Kitchen and Petals in Bloom. Billy from The Kitchen hadn’t seen Michal for a few days and became worried about him and so got in touch to discover that Michal had suffered a stroke on Sunday and will be in hospital for some time. Billy then let the other businesses know and suggested a collection and so here we are. It appears Michal has had quite a severe stroke and his mobility is poor. As many of you know, he is here alone with no family around him. He needs our support in general but also help financially with bills etc. I know these are hard times for many so we are asking for you to donate what you can, however small. Thanking you in advance.
