Michele's Attorney Fund

Most of you know Michele. Unfortunatly she is going through the start of a divorce. Divorce is never a good thing to go through and most seem to turn nasty.
Michele's current husband had taken Michele off of all the financial accounts.  He has now served an emergency domestic violence protection order on her , (which I do not believe for a minute!!)The order stated she had to move out of the residence until the hearing date on January 24th.  She was able to take clothes and items needed with her until the hearing. With Michele being removed from the financial accounts her current husband has basically left her destitute. She is currently "couch surfing" with friends until the hearing. Michele has contacted an attorney and he has agreed to take her case. The total he is charging is $4,000.  Due to her situation the attorney will take $2,000 down and will take the rest on a payment plan. Due to Michele being unable to access any funds we are requesting assistance in raising the down payment for her. Any amount will help tremendously!! With all of her friends, we are hoping that small amounts will add up to the down payment for the attorney . Thanks in advance for the assistance,  It is much appreciated!!! 
We are hoping to raise the funds by January 15th so that the attorney has time to prepare for the hearing.
