Ok Folks of Tipton County and surrounding counties, this is a message i got from a good friend of mine and i am trying to help him out with starting a fundraiser. 

"I have a buddy of mine who I went to school with and is a Tipton County Sheriff Deputy. He is an outstanding guy. Awhile ago they found a tumor on his brain, they removed it. I just [got] word that the doctor called today and said it was, in fact, cancerous. His mother and wife have been taking off [of] work to help take care of him. He has a wife and a small child." - Joseph Collins
