I am Bowen Wiest, son of the late Michael Wiest. I have been asked to create this gofundme in the honor of my father. I loved him very much and he will always hold a place in my heart as he will for the many who read this. My father was a simple man and definitely would not want an extravagent memorial. He would rather we continue with our lives and live them to the fullest. 

In place of sending flowers and condolance gifts, we have decided to create this gofundme memorial for him, to go towards the care of his granddaughter, 

Lucy is a two year old girl who has multiple medical conditions requires 24 hour care(please see updates for her picture). She has a debilitating movement disorder, epilepsy, gastric tube feedings, chronic lung disease, as well as an ability to love all those who enter into her path. My father loved her very much and wanted her to have the best care possible. 

We are grieving the loss of a man whom we loved with all our hearts, thank you for your prayers and well wishes.
