The gentleman in the Photo is Michael Trowbridge, a USMC linguistic veteran whom served faithfully in Afghanistan. This man and I went to boot camp together and we became as close as any brother would.
Right now he is fighting for his life after a major car accident in which he was involved.
He has massive brain swelling and may have a surgery to reduce the swelling to prevent brain damage. He is in an induced coma at the time to prevent further damage and to let his brain try to heal on its own; however, the swelling isn't going down fast enough and surgery is looking more and more of an option.
Funds are needed as soon as possible as the family are taking their own time off of work and even with insurance, co-pays are off the charts for extended hospital stays and tests.
These funds are as urgent if not immediate in need for the family. My "brother" or Marine Corps Brother's family needs this money to survive the coming weeks as this goes forward and Michael's road to recovery. Please help with whatever donation that you can and anything is appreciated. Anything that can be provided will be met with prayers to you and your families.
