Hello my name is Michael! I am 29 years old and I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer! I have a beautiful wife and a 14 month old and a little boy due on the 31st of August!

This cancer came out of no where for us ! I got sick and diagnosed all within 6 months! It was so sudden ! Right after I got diagnosed I started to get really sick and got hospitalized twice because I had pneumonia and went sepsis then had a pulmonary embolism (blood clot) in my lung!

im not asking for much but this would really help me get back on my feet till I get back to work and help with medical bills !
