Michael’s Recovery

Mike became a victim of a hit and run that occurred on the morning of Friday 03/02, when he was crossing the street behind our apartment building.  An SUV came out of nowhere striking him full force and leaving him injured crying for help moments after he woke up from passing out in the middle of the road. Thankfully a gentleman that happened to  be walking past stopped and called the police for him, since Mike couldn’t move due to pain in his neck which caused difficulty in mobility of his entire right hand side. 
Michael was taken to the hospital where he spent 4 days, he now wears a neck brace for his fractured vertebraes, and has had plastic surgery performed on his ear.  He needs to follow up with a neurosurgeon, get physiotherapy, and dentistry work done on his broken teeth. 
Mike is surprisingly in good spirits for what happened to him, but not being able to work is taking its toll on him as we prepare to welcome our first child in June and due to move into our new apartment by the end of the month.
