Michael Gumola stroke victim

On January 25th, my dad suffered from a stroke on the left side of his brain. He is only 49 years old which is very young to have a stroke. He is currently in the intensive care unit in Charlotte and is paralyzed on his right side. He has been self employed for about 15 years and also has no health insurance. His next step is to go to rehab to hopefully learn how to do everyday activities again like walking, eating, and speaking on his own. 
My dad is very strong and has always taken care of me and my siblings, it has been  unexplainably hard to see him in this condition and it’s only his third day in the hospital. He has a very long road of recovery ahead of him and he can’t do it on his own. Seeing that he won’t be able to work for more than a year the rest of my family and I are asking for your help.
