We've been fighting for 7.5 years to bring our son, Micah (14, deaf), home from Ethiopia. We were told from day one that his case was impossible. That he would never be adopted. That he would never acquire any language or education. That he was hopeless.

We never believed any of it. So we fought for him. And we just got our court date for him--March 20th!!! This fundraiser will be used to cover the final adoption costs and bring him HOME!!!!

We are the Ruper family: Abe, Marissa, and our four amazing teenagers (also from Ethiopia!!!): Levi (19, deaf), Olivia (18), Natalie (15, deaf), and Zahria (13).
