Micah and Lyndsie's Trip to Rwanda

June 2015 The Lord gave me the opportunity to go to Africa for the first time. We taught VBS at local schools and orphanges and ministered at the local prisons. I immediately fell in love with His people and what He was doing there. It has since held a dear place in my heart.
May 2017 Micah went to Africa for the first time with Advocates for Africa. Through the generosity of God's people they were able to distribute goats to the widows that had lost their husbands in the Rwandan Genocide. They also held a youth conference and a pastor's conference. Micah immediately fell in love with the people there as so many had faced much tragedy and devistation in their lives.
After much prayer (taking that we will have to leave our 4 month old at home) , we have decided to go back together this year, March 15-23. We will be going back to Rwanda with Advocates for Africa together to visit a town called Ruhuha where we will be ministering to the poor and the widows.
We are trusting The Lord to provide us with $5,000 total by March 1st! The Bible tells us that it is impossible to please God without faith (Hebrews 11:6). We are thankful for this opportunity to excercise our faith and trust in Him as Jehova Jireh, Our Provider.
We appreciate any financial donations for our trip but we also appreciate your prayers! Please believe with us for the provision of The Lord, for safety, and most importantly for lives to be changed forever! Thank you so much in advance. May The Lord bless you as He has blessed our family!
