Marlene Newhook Family Fund

On February 2nd,2015 we lost the most important person in our lives...our beautiful mom. She was strong woman , active, so funny & smart. She had a huge heart , always had a lending ear, a kind loving soul to  her family, friends & everyone she met along the way. She loved watching soccer & movies  with her son....had sushi & coffee dates with her daughter....shared endless hours & smiles talking to her eldest daughter & grandson in NB. She loved her friends in the building she resided & at acupuncture & Alanon.  They were a big part of her life & happiness. She celebrated her 25 year anniversary as a member of Alanon in 2014.
This was a very sudden & upsetting event to happen in our family. Our mother was a huge presence in our lives so this has  definitely left us with  a huge feeling of emptiness.
My mother's last wish was to be donated to science.She was also an organ donor... but because the facility she was in, did not initiate either one of these wishes, it did not happen. She was our hero. She spent her life helping others and in her death wanted to do the same. Sadly, we were left to scramble & make other arrangements. Please help our family with the funeral & family expenses . All donations will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you ...
