Tyler's Taxing Terminal illness

I have Muscular Dystrophy which is a terminal illness because of muscle loss over time to the point that my life is shortened with an average life of about 23 years...I'm 21 years old and my doctor recently told me I have about a year left.

The cost of things are getting overwhelming with our wheelchair van breaking down. Right now the starter won't even start the van. At the moment I'm worried the van just died. We can't afford the repairs and the cost of repairs increases more and more every year... Other costs such as supplies for my health add up over time.

The van with a lift is important so I get to my numerous doctor appointments and go shopping...

So with only a few years left or so I'm hoping... I urgently need to have enough money to fix my van or ultimately a new van with a lift or ramp so my famly and I won't have to worry about it breaking down when I need it most.
