Support for Mundo's Daughter

Mundo first started with MHC in 1998 and worked at the Irving Blvd location until 2005, when he left to gain additional experience. He came back to work at South Dallas in April 2017. The past few weeks have been rough on Mundo and his family, as their 2-year-old daughter Elayna has been in and out of the hospital dealing with complications from the flu. Mundo and his wife have been splitting time at the hospital with Elayna, swapping 12-hour shifts while one stays with her, the other will go home to take care of the other 4 children. Through this time, Mundo has made it to work as much as possible, but not having much PTO time saved up, he has exhausted the PTO that he has.

Doctors have advised that in the next 3-6 weeks Elayna will need to have open heart surgery to correct a defect that she has had since birth that has made her recovery from the flu much more difficult. Let's come together as the MHC family and chip in to support Mundo and his family while he is taking the necessary time away from work to take care of his little girl!
