Purchase PPE for frontline staff fighting COVID-19

Donation protected
Doctors Decision  04 April :
Use the donations to purchase PPE to be distributed around a small number of Dublin north inner-city nursing homes.

1) Fluid resistant, WHO approved surgical masks with-out visors,
2) Aprons and
3) Gloves

Paddy Ross, Neville Shine, David Tuite, Fergal Hanlon, Paul Ridgeway, Richie Hanson, Kevin Moore and Mark Sheehy are all doctors from Belvedere class of  1990 on the front line of fighting the Covid-19.

Paddy reminded us of the following: “We were all reminded throughout our time in Belvo that we were ‘men for others’. And that has resonated with us all, I’m quite sure, from time to time.
I have a feeling that some smaller hospitals in Ireland may struggle to procure the personal protection equipment that they need to keep their staff safe. This most likely will be the case in the UK too.

Here’s a thought : "Just €50 from all of you will provide enough facemasks to keep intensive care staff in your local hospital safe from the virus”

Paddy’s call to action has been meet by many of his class mates, but why can’t we reach out further to the rest of the Belvo community. Get involved and support all our former class mates currently fighting the fight at the Covid-19 front line.

Thanks in advance
