Hi ! I'm Marlee (they/them), a non-binary singer/songwriter from Austin, Texas, who now lives in California, and my chest hasn't fit on my body for far longer than I have been able to vocalize. I sadly don't have the money for top surgery myself since I spend most of my money on living expenses, and though I adore my family and how they've supported me, I don't have their support in getting this life-changing procedure either. So I made this page to ask if anyone whos willing or able to could help me.
Just for a little more background, I've binded for a good while but honestly binding feels like a reminder that there's something to bind in the first place so I tend to just wear clothes that help make my chest less visible. I've tried my best to remain confident in myself, but no matter what when I look in the mirror there's an almost defining tribute of femininity plastered on my body glaring back at me. I don't look like me, but most of all I don't feel like me. Since I've been uncomfortable in my skin for a long time, I've learned that it's best not to suffer alone and that it's ok to ask for a helping hand. So if you can, please donate here so I can afford this procedure that would ultimately heal me in more ways than I could explain.
