Mercedes' Graduate School Fund

Dear Friends of Mercedes,

During her years of volunteer service and traveling the world as an attendant, Mercy has inspired and touched many people's lives. Today she is embarking on a new endeavor with the same enthusiasm and open heart that so many of us have been blessed to know.

Given the amount of fundraising that Mercy has done for various projects and people over the years, it seemed only fitting for a few of us to get together to give her a  boost as she transitions to the next the next phase of her life.

You may or may not know that Mercy was recently accepted to the very prestigious Master's program at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London England. Acceptance is very competitive-they only accept two women from outside the UK each year, and out of hundreds of applicants Mercedes got in. 

In addition to performance opportunities, getting her masters would also qualify Mercy to teach.  She is a very skilled teacher, but she is on the road constantly and as we know, teaching spiritual topics is usually not a way of making a sustainable living. In contrast, to teach in one location over time would allow students to develop a relationship with her and it would enable her to lay down some roots. I keep feeling like there are lives she would literally save by being in a role like this.


We would like to send her off with some humble but potentially significant financial help as she builds a sustainable future for herself and continues her obvious life work of teaching and inspiring others. The fact that this truly has always been her focus and lifes work is what makes Mercy a force worth supporting in this world.

We hope that you will agree and want to contribute something too! All the funds will be used to help her pay for school, housing and expenses while she works as tirelessly as we have seen her always work for the general welfare of all.
