Merchi a Corea
Hola, me llamo Merchi, y soy una gallega con la enfermedad AME tipo 4 con una variante atípica. En la actualidad ni en España ni en Europa existe tratamiento para mi ya que estoy entre el 2% de afectados que tiene una AME NO 5Q y tras 6 largos años de espera me han ofrecido la posibilidad de un tratamiento médico en Corea.
El tratamiento se va a realizar en el Hospital Universitario de Hanyang por el equipo médico del doctor Kim. Este equipo médico me garantiza frenar el avance de mi enfermedad degenerativa, en la actualidad tengo una discapacidad reconocida del 87% que me tiene en esta silla de ruedas.
Tengo la primera cita para el 16 de septiembre, luego tendré que viajar al menos tres veces mas, esperemos que ni la burocracia ni el dinero sea un impedimento para poder optar a la única esperanza de tratamiento que tengo. Para realizar dicho tratamiento necesito recaudar 80mil€ para pagar las intervenciones, gastos médicos y todos los gastos de los viajes.

Hello, my name is Merchi, and I am a Galician with type 4 SMA disease with an atypical variant.
