World Mental Health/Bowel Cancer

To fit in with World Mental Health Day (10th October) and raise money for that cause, as well another which is close to my heart, bowel cancer treatment - I have decided to chuck myself out of a plane and worry everyone close to me.
Just kidding. Well - about the worry anyway!
What I do want to do is raise money and awareness for these charities whose causes affect everyone.
Everyone knows someone suffering from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, personality disorders or the painful threat of suicide. This is something which must have its information and awareness passed to everyone from a young age so that we can improve our dealings with the "Black Dog".
Also, bowel cancer is currently the biggest life-taker of all cancers. Earlier this year, I and friends of mine were shocked to the core by the loss of a good friend; Jasmine Penarroja.
Jasmine was barely 30 years old, was a young mother and a devoted wife. It only took a matter of months before it was irreversible in Jasmine.
Please help me raise enough to make even the slightest difference to how we deal with these horrible demons.
