Memorial Service for Victoria Ozdowski

Donation protected
My mother in-law Victoria Ozdowski  passed away this morning.  Vicki was a wonderful, caring woman. She spent her life taking care of others as a RN. During the years she worked with geriatric patients, troubled teens, psychiatric patients and individuals with special needs. She always went beyond what was required of her because she had such a passion of wanting to help anyone in need. Toward the end of her career is when I met her while she worked with Special Need Adults. She always amazed me of the love and time she gave to everyone there. Once Vicki retired she continued to want to help others. Whether it was a kind word or a helping hand. She always had a smile on her face and a laugh that made everyone around her feel happy.
During this last year Vicki has suffered from problems with her diabetes and a fractured  back in several places. She eventually had to be hospitalized due to her back not healing. While at the hospital I would hear her say often I never want to be a bother to anyone when she would ask for the simplest things.  It amazed me that after all she had given in life she never wanted to bother anyone in return for anything.
While Vicki was in the hospital this time she contracted Covid.  No matter how hard she kept fighting she was unable to handle the damage it was doing to her breathing.
Vicki always said she wanted a simple memorial and wished to be cremated. We are honoring her wishes. But this all happened so fast and she had no life insurance. We are asking help to just cover the cremation cost. Once her daughter who is also in the hospital with Covid is better we will then do a Memorial to honor her at Camp Croft Park for any and everyone that would like to come to remember her wonderful life. Camp Croft is very special to her due to  her father being a Army Captain and he trained soldiers in World War II there.
Any help will be greatly appreciated and thank you from her family.
