Memorial Scholarship in Mom's name!

Hi, We started a Memorial Scholarship in Dads name two years ago and now want to start one in Mom's name. We'll give two scholarships a year to kids to further their education. It will be given under the Phyllis & Fred Scherrer Memorial Scholarship Name. The fund is currently listed as a DBA and is a 501 (C) (3) non-profit corporation. The non-profit is awaiting approval by IRS to be classified as an official Charity, and will be listed under "America's Children Charity". Doing business as (DBA) Phyllis & Fred Scherrer Memorial Fund.
