Memorial Plaque for mum

Raising funds to place a memorial plaque, in rememberence of our mother Annabelle Richards, on the grave to match with already existing headstone.
A special place where her five children can visit and pay their respects to their dearly departed mum, who passed away at a young age of 49 years.
With no estate or life insurance the family have had to cover the costs of the funeral arrangements. Any small contribution towards this special memorial plaque will be greatly appreciated and forever cherished. We would love to be able to place this plaque on her grave for her 50th birthday on 9th December 2017.
